Bone's Steakhouse, in Pictures..

Sometimes a man just needs a big ol' hunk of USDA Prime beef.

On my first and only trip to Bone's Steakhouse here in Atlanta, I treated myself to a 20 oz Dry Aged bone-in ribeye cooked medium.

I'm usually a medium-rare kind of guy, but I like a more marbled cut like this to cook a little longer.

And a quick round up of other things I had...

Spinach salad with warm bacon dressing. All fresh ingredients topped with chopped hard boiled egg. The dressing was a bit too sweet for my tastes.

Tuna loin appetizer-high quality tuna lightly seared on the outside and served with a mild chili oil and fried capers.

Mustard greens stewed in smoked pork.

Truffle butter mashed potatoes. Boo ya.

America.

Hey,
I haven't checked you out in awhile...I think since your wedding. Anyway, I saw in the paper, John Kessler's article, that you are onboard with AJC, doing your own thing. Congratulations! You deserve it. And your photos have gotten even better.

All the best,

Charlotte Wilson
